STUDIO INFORMATION
Appleton Street Studios comprises of 16 individual workspaces designed for both the emerging and professional artist. Each individual studio is fully lockable and the main studio entrance features secure electronic pass access. The studios range in size from 10 to 65 square meters over two floors. Studios are available with or without natural light.
Appleton Street provides many communal facilities such as an artists lounge and meeting area. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dinning room attached. All coffee, tea, milk, biscuits are provided for artists by the studio. We have a sun deck for when you need some time out and have recently started an art resource library.
Toilets and showers are located on both levels. The upper floor is carpeted and air conditioned and the lower floor remains cool in summer with it's concrete floors. With large separate wash up facility's for both oil and water based products, artists have no excuses left not to be productive.
